  • I am using CMD + Click to select multiple songs, to edit them at the same time. This hasn't worked the last two weeks. Is there something I am doing wrong? Note- I have restarted the app as well as my Mac. No luck yet.
    1. Having troubles with Proclaim recognizing USB attached RODE Wireless GOII receiver for mic input.
      1. There has been an update to Proclaim and now I can't find where to change the color of my font. Please help
        1. Yesterday there was a glitch in our software and the sermon was not recorded in Proclaim. However, we have a backup recording. How to we upload an external recording? Thanks for your help.
          1. Good Morning Proclaimers!! I have a question I hope that someone can answer for me! We have Pastors that LOVE using powerpoint with their message. We have how to add them to Proclaim and they work wonderfully but the individual transitions are not visible on the confidence monitor. Just wondering if anyone knows why....or how to fix it so that the Pastor sees what we do on the front screen. Thanks, here's hoping you all have the most wonderful day!
            1. En la aplicación de mi teléfono y mi iPad no puedo controlar la presentación, solo me aparece seguir, a que se deberá?
              1. Can anyone tell me how to permanently edit the formatting of songs in Proclaim? We want our songs to come with 4-5 lines per slide. The way it comes into the Proclaim, when searching the song list, is only 2 lines per slide. This makes multiple slides for every song and requires too much searching to move between verses and choruses. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Step by Step please if possible please. Thanks.
                1. Your best practice, , would be to use the re-use function. Once you have your songs formatted as you like them, the re-use function will add them into your presentation exactly as they were the last time you used that song. Choosing Re-use item brings up the box in my second screenshot. Type the name of the song into it and all the instances of that song will populate there. 2 caveats; 1-You can't delete old presentations - if the presentation containing the song you want to use has been deleted there will be no song to re-use. 2-You still have to format any new song if you have never used it.
              2. help/assistance required: I have been a Proclaim user since the beginning and have seen a lot of changes and updates that are wonderful and beneficial. however, a constant problem that I have, and that I am not sure if others see is the "lag" when trying to open a proclaim show after first launching the program. It opens fine. sometimes it takes longer than others, but I can live with that. the challenge that is frustrating is that once it is up and running, when I do a File/Open, it may take minutes before the open box is populated - and that after waiting 4 or 5 minutes to launch the program to start with. I have high speed internet. And an Intel i7 with 16g RAM and well over 250gfree hard drive space. I have to be sure that I get to church an hour early and start it all up to be sure it is all loaded, and tested before service starts. I realize this is a "performance" issue" and not necessarily a coding/app issue - but I believe it can be addressed as a bug. when the program launches, it should not take 2-6 minutes to allow a file/open.
                1. I'm not seeing any such issues - so I expect the developers would need to see some logs from your system to try and see what is going on.
                2. I hope you get your answer, I have the same problem but was told it's just syncing to keep it from doing that I would have to remove it from the internet, but if something would go wrong they can't monitor it to correct the problem . I have to come to church a hour and a half earlier. If it's something I have to add during service I just write it down and add it later.. 😢😟

I know of others that have this issue, and the workaround. but apparently FL is not seeing it. My challenge with logs, is that I am working on the church computer and spending my time making sure it is all working, and don't have time to call FL and send logs - I am focusing on making sure the service and slides are all working and loaded/buffered to play. I'll try to work out some extra time coming in extra early when I get a chance.
              3. Can I add chords to the confidence screen? I have tried googling the answer, but am feeling very confused.
                1. I am praying that you can post videos on here 🙏
                2. How do you add the cords?
                3. You can simply type in the chords as above just by editing the lyrics (proclaim recognizes the chord if it is in square brackets e.g. [F#m7] or if you have access to songselect, you can download the song as a chordpro file (which will already look like Glenn's example above) & then copy & paste to replace the lyrics
              4. My proclaim program (slides) doesn't spell check any more. How do I fix that?
                1. Please run an update from proclaim.logos.com/download to fix that issue, but call us at 800-875-6467 if we may be of any further assistance in this matter.
