*Call to Worship

The Apostle’s Creed

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate,

was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to hell.

The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended to heaven

and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.

From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian church,

the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins,

the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

*Processional Hymn of Worship

#702 “I Love Thy Kingdom, Lord"

Greeting One Another

"By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” - John 13:35

*Songs of Praise

King of Kings

In the darkness we were waiting Without hope without light

Till from Heaven You came running

There was mercy in Your eyes

To fulfil the law and prophets To a virgin came the Word

From a throne of endless glory To a cradle in the dirt

Praise the Father Praise the Son

Praise the Spirit three in one

God of Glory Majesty

Praise forever to the King of kings

To reveal the kingdom coming And to reconcile the lost

To redeem the whole creation You did not despise the cross

For even in Your suffering You saw to the other side

Knowing this was our salvation

Jesus for our sake You died

And the morning that You rose All of heaven held its breath

Till that stone was moved for good

For the Lamb had conquered death

And the dead rose from their tombs

And the angels stood in awe

For the souls of all who'd come To the Father are restored

And the Church of Christ was born

Then the Spirit lit the flame

Now this Gospel truth of old Shall not kneel shall not faint

By His blood and in His Name In His freedom I am free

For the love of Jesus Christ Who has resurrected me

In Christ Alone

In Christ alone my hope is found,

He is my light, my strength, my song;

This Cornerstone, this solid Ground,

Firm through the fiercest drought and storm.

What heights of love, what depths of peace,

When fears are stilled, when strivings cease!

My Comforter, my All in All,

Here in the love of Christ I stand.

In Christ alone! who took on flesh,

Fullness of God in helpless babe!

This gift of love and righteousness,

Scorned by the ones He came to save:

‘Til on that cross as Jesus died,

The wrath of God was satisfied

For every sin on Him was laid;

Here in the death of Christ I live.

There in the ground His body lay,

Light of the world by darkness slain:

Then bursting forth in glorious Day

Up from the grave He rose again!

And as He stands in victory

Sin’s curse has lost its grip on me,

For I am His and he is mine

Bought with the precious blood of Christ.

No guilt in life, no fear in death,

This is the power of Christ in me;

From life’s first cry to final breath,

Jesus commands my destiny.

No power of hell, no scheme of man,

Can ever pluck me from His hand;

‘Til He returns or calls me home,

Here in the power of Christ I’ll stand!

Yes I Will

I count on one thing The same God that never fails

Will not fail me now You won't fail me now

In the waiting

The same God who's never late Is working all things out

You're working all things out

Yes I will lift You high In the lowest valley

Yes I will bless Your name Yes I will sing for joy

When my heart is heavy All my days yes I will

I choose to praise To glorify glorify

The name of all names

That nothing can stand against

For all my days Yes I will

*Pastoral Prayer and The Lord's Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
