Welcome and Announcements
Opening Prayer & Gathering #391 Take My Life, vs. 1
Take my life, and let it be
Consecrated, Lord, to Thee.
Take my moments and my days;
Let them flow in ceaseless praise,
Let them flow in ceaseless praise.
Call to Worship
The days are surely coming, says the Lord,
When I will fulfill my promise to my people.
Justice and righteousness will fill the land,
And all will live in peace and safety.
Opening Hymn #302 I Danced in the Morning
(Please remain standing through the Gloria Patri)
Call to Confession
Testify with honesty the condition of your souls. Give defense not for yourself but only the Lord's grace, which will save you in your time of trial. With confidence in God's mercy, let us confess our sin.
Prayer of Confession
Lord, have mercy on us. We are not ready for your coming. We live in sin, as though there were no justice. We live in fear, as though there were no grace. Forgive us, Lord.
Show us your mercy and steadfast love. Lead us in your truth, and teach us your paths, for you are the God of our salvation. Amen.
Assurance of Forgiveness and Exchange of Peace
The Lord is our righteousness. In Christ, we are forgiven.
Thanks be to God.
May the peace of Christ be with you; And also with you.
Please exchange the peace of Christ with your neighbors.
Gloria Patri
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Ghost;
As it was in the beginning, is now,
and ever shall be, world without end.
Sermon for Faith Builders Children are invited to go to Children’s Worship with our Children’s Worship Leader, Ms. Marisa. Children will return during the final hymn.

Prayer of Thanksgiving
The Lord be with you. And also with you.
Lift up your hearts. We lift them to the Lord.
Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
It is right to give our thanks and praise.
Blessed are you, O Lord our God: We give thanks, O Lord, that the days are surely coming when all the world will see the fulfillment of your promised salvation. Therefore we praise you, joining the song of the universal church and the heavenly choir, saying:
Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might; Heaven and Earth are full of your glory. Hosannah in the highest. Blessed is the One who comes in the name of the Lord.
Blessed is Jesus Christ, our Savior, by whose blood the New Covenant has been sealed. In Christ, those who were not your people you now call your people; and the one who was not beloved you now call beloved.*
Remembering your goodness and grace, we offer ourselves to you with gratitude as we share this joyful feast. Great is the mystery of faith: Christ has died; Christ is risen; Christ shall come again.
Pour out your Holy Spirit upon us and upon this bread and cup; make us one in the body and blood of Jesus Christ our Lord. Through Him, in the unity of the Spirit, we bless you, God of glory, now and forever. Amen.
