Meadows Christian Fellowship
MCF Worship - January 22, 2023
Welcome to MCF!

Once again we gather in the presence of our great God to give him the praise that he so richly deserves from us. Psalm 147 will begin our time together, orienting our hearts and minds toward the Lord in worship. “It is good to sing praises to our God!” says the Psalmist. “Great is our Lord, and abundant in power!” As Scripture points us to the Lord, we’ll offer a fitting response of praise as we sing Great Are You Lord. Then it is Titus 2:11-14 which draws us even further into praise, helping us to view the greatness of our God through the lens of the gospel of Jesus. It is the grace of God poured out on us through the person and work of Jesus Christ that redeems us, purifies us, and ultimately fuels our worship. We’ll respond to the wonderful truth of the gospel as we sing Grace Greater and All Praise.

After a prayer for our Giving and a few Announcements, we’ll have a fun and engaging Kids’ Time along with some activity bags for all of our young worshipers. Then, Drew Barnes will be continuing our Kingdom Come sermon series as we look at Matthew 11:25-30 to see that Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath. After the message, we will respond together to sing Lord I Need You and be dismissed with a Benediction.

Do you need prayer? Please let us know how we can be praying for you. You can drop a prayer request card in the giving box in the atrium, or send your prayer requests to: prayer@meadowsfamily.org
