    FACT #2:
Jesus did not speak about Hell as a Metaphor
    Mark 9:43–48 ESV
And if your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life crippled than with two hands to go to hell, to the unquenchable fire. And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame than with two feet to be thrown into hell. And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell, ‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’
    FACT #3
Jesus taught that Hell was Eternal
It is a place of permanence - not a temporary discomfort.
    Matthew 25:46 ESV
And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
What adjective is used for both punishment and righteous?
Can’t use that word on 1/2 the sentence. Same word, same line, same meaning
    FACT #4
Jesus described Hell as a place and state of awareness
    Luke 16:22–23 ESV
The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried, and in Hades, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side.
    Is the rich man conscience?
Has the rich man been erased?
Has the rich man blinked into nothingness?
    FACT #5
Jesus taught that Hell is a place of reflection
    Luke 16:25 ESV
But Abraham said, ‘Child, remember that you in your lifetime received your good things, and Lazarus in like manner bad things; but now he is comforted here, and you are in anguish.
    FACT #6
Jesus taught that Hell is a separation from God
    2 Thessalonians 1:9 ESV
They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might,
Every good thing you’ve experience in live
    Every moment of peace
All words of encouragement when you needed it the most is from God
    James 1:17 ESV
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.
    FACT #7
Jesus did not talk about Hell as a way to push people away - but to wake them up
    Child running towards oncoming traffic
You’re not trying to dramatize the child
    FACT #8
