SLBC Weekly Newsletter
No Wednesday Service
We started the week with a plan to host an extra service on Wednesday but after a water issue and some other related issues it turns out we will not be hosting any Wednesday services.
To be clear: there are no services this Wednesday. There also will be no services next Wednesday as Pastor and his family will be out of town.
Cancelling a service is always a disappointing decision, however circumstances sometimes dictate us to do so.
The pastor and his family have limited water due to a pump/well issue. This issues has monopolized a great deal of time, but God has maintained enough water for most needs. Please pray that God will allow this issue to be resolved no later than tomorrow.
Off to a Great Start
The first two Sundays of September are already passed and they have been two very interesting Sundays. We are making progress in supporting one another and reconnecting with our SLBC family. Thank you for for helping us to make this Support & Reinforce emphasis an early success.
