Announcements

FROM THE DEACONS: The children can bring their Peter Fish to the net in front of church this morning at the beginning of the children’s message. If you have a Peter Fish that you want brought to the front, please pass it to the center aisle and the children will take them for you.

CADETS SKATING PARTY: Tomorrow night at Lynden Skateway, 6:30-8:30 pm. Cost is $5.50 for skates, $8.50 for inline skates. Bring your sisters, brothers, friends, girlfriends, mom and dad and even your grandparents! Hope to see everyone there!

GAME NIGHT: Join us for a night of games and fellowship this Friday, November 10 at 7pm in the church basement. Feel free to bring a snack and your favorite game to share, or just yourself! Whether you’re in the mood for MarioKart, a puzzle, Uno, board games, Corn Hole or Ping Pong, there will be fun for all!. This is a great opportunity to bring a friend and introduce them to the Bethel family. Questions? Ask Rebecca Steiger or Marv Apol.

QUILT HOUSE ROOF: Our beloved quilt house needs a new roof. Council seeks the congregation’s approval to re-roof the house at a projected cost of $11,890 plus tax. The project will be funded by the Building Fund—Campus Projects/Improvements Fund which currently has a balance in excess of $38,000. We will have a brief congregational meeting next Sunday, November 12 immediately following the service to share more details and to vote. If you need an absentee ballot, they are in your church mailbox today.

SUNDAY SCHOOL REMINDERS for November: Classes will not meet next Sunday, November 12th or Sunday, November 26th.
