HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Herb Korthuis who will celebrate his 89th birthday on October 23!  

BOB VANDER HAAK leaves for Kentucky on Friday where he will be working with World Renew DRS. We pray for safe travel and that the Lord will be glorified in each phase of the team’s work.

FROM THE DEACONS: The offering next Sunday, October 27 will be received for World Renew Disaster Response - Southeastern USA. Please be in prayer for those folks in the south that have suffered through multiple destructive hurricanes recently.

ANNUAL REFORMATION DAY WORSHIP SERVICE: with sister CRC congregations will be held Sunday, October 27 at 6 pm at First CRC. The special guest pastor will be Von Golder, for 25 years a missionary to Albania, and one of the first to plant a protestant church in Albania after communism fell in 1991. The offering will be for Memli and Luiza Mema, a pastor who is planting churches in Muslim villages in southern Albania.
