This includes resources for this past week and this next Sunday. If you want to dig a little deeper on "Does God Exist?" or "The Image of God," consider starting here. We will be adding more topics and study aids as the 8-part series continues.
STAFF APPRECIATION: We always appreciate our staff at Bethel, however this morning we have a special opportunity to celebrate them. There will be donuts served downstairs after the service to say thank you to Pastor Bryan, Elaine (worship coordinator), Sherry (secretary), Pam (bookkeeper), and Marv and Karen (janitors).
YOUTH GROUP meets tonight from 6-8:00 at the Second CRC education building. There will be food, fellowship and fun as we discuss the next darkroom faith video on LOVE. All 8th graders and high schoolers are welcome to join anytime. Talk to Pastor Bryan or John or Dee Hiemstra if you have any questions or if your student needs a ride.
BUTTERBRAIDS: The Butterbraids Fundraiser for GEMS has begun! Our GEMS girls will be contacting customers through October 13 for Butterbraids, cookie dough, and Pastry puffins. Delivery will be the week of November 10. Thank you for your support of our GEMS program and our commitment to the Esther School in Zambia!
MEN’S RETREAT: If any men are interested in attending the Fan Into Flame men’s conference in Abbotsford, B.C. October 31 and November 1, please meet in front of church immediately following this morning’s service. Additional details and information are in the community bulletin. Questions?
