PRAYER AND PANTRY: Today is the last day to donate items to help restock the pantries at Engedi Refuge. Please bring your donations to the table at the back of church and let us be a blessing to this wonderful ministry supporting victims of human trafficking. As a congregation, we help support Engedi Refuge through our Faith Promise Missions Fund. 

MISSIONS UPDATE: Today we look forward to hearing an update from Greg and Corrie Burgers about the work they are doing serving Seminario ESEPA in Costa Rica. Our congregation supports the Burgers family through our Faith Promise Missions Fund. 

GENERAL FUND BUDGET: A copy of the final General Fund budget for last fiscal year can be found in your mailboxes. The Admin Team would like to thank our congregation for their continued support of the general fund, giving our church a solid financial base to support our denomination, hire our staff, maintain our facilities, and fund church programs.

ADMIN MEETING HIGHLIGHTS: The Admin team met on July 21.

• We reviewed the fiscal year end reports.

• The church network has been upgraded to fiber.

• Motion passed to purchase 12 acoustic panels from NetWell Noise Control.

• Motion passed to pay $3,000 of the Summit House painting costs. 

BRYCE CREEK SUNDAY POTLUCK: Everyone is invited to join the campers at Bryce Creek (9635 Heady Road) for hamburgers and hot dogs next Sunday at 1 pm. Bring your own drinks and a side to share! 

SAFE CHURCH is starting up again. If you volunteer to work with children and youth in Bethel, have a paid position at Bethel or are a council member, you will find an application in your mailbox that needs to be filled out and returned by next Sunday, August 2. A box will be provided on the counter for you to return these applications. If you have any questions, contact one of the members of our Safe Church Team. They are Dolores Bosman, Yuanita Gitamara, Les Mulder or Jill Sipma.
