    That's the title this morning I believe, therefore
    so what would you say “I believe, therefore I…. …what?
    I pray
    I speak
    I prophesy

    I believe, therefore —— I speak

    in 2 corinthians 4 there is a verse with that phrase in it—- I believe, therefore …

    13 And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,
    The Message has an interesting interpretation of that verse...

    13 We’re not keeping this quiet, not on your life. Just like the psalmist who wrote, “I believed it, so I said it,” we say what we believe.
    WOW! “I believed it, so I said it,”
    Last week we've talked about believing with a heart, letting our beliefs go from our head to our heart
    From our soul to our spirit, and when you were believing with your heart then what you're saying with your mouth becomes powerful
    There is a direct connection between believing and speaking
    if you want to know what is in your heart — check you mouth
    Look at Romans 10 with me for a minute
    It's very interesting ——there is a very close connection between the mouth and the heart
    Romans 10:8–10 NKJV
    8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

    8 But what does it say? The Word (God’s message in Christ) is near you, on your lips and in your heart; that is, the Word (the message, the basis and object) of faith which we preach, 9 Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.

    17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
    when you speak the Word, you’re not making suggestions to your circumstances—you’re swinging a supernatural blade with Heaven’s backing.
    Remember what Hebrews 4 says…..
    Hebrews 4:12 NKJV
    12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword,…
    The Greek word for “two-edged” means “two-mouthed.”
    Why? Because the Word becomes a sword when it leaves your mouth
    and agrees with what already left God’s mouth.

    A Supernatural Gateway 15-Your voice is a portal of power

    When you speak — In belief and in alignment — with the Spirit of God,
    your voice becomes a supernatural gateway.
    It’s not just sound—it’s a portal. Through it,…. Your believing and speaking—
    power flows.
    Glory invades.
    Atmospheres shift.
    Miracles break out.
    Demons Surrender and flee
    Why?
    Because your voice is not just an instrument—it’s a conduit of the Kingdom.
    Heaven isn’t released through ideas.
    It’s released through Believing speech.
    That’s why silence is deadly.
    idle or vain talk is deadly
    Jesus said you shall give an account for every idle word that you shall speak
    Matthew 12:33–37 NKJV
    33 “Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit. 34 Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. 36 But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. 37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”
    Proverbs 4:20–24 AMP
    20 My son, attend to my words; consent and submit to my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart. 22 For they are life to those who find them, healing and health to all their flesh. 23 Keep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life. 24 Put away from you false and dishonest speech, and willful and contrary talk put far from you.
    I would Challenge you— that just maybe— that every word you speak that does not agree with or align with the Word of God is an idle word
    At least every word that has spoken against the word of God —is idle!!
    Believe and Speak constantly with faith, boldness, and fire
    Remember the Holy Ghost was not just resting on you—He is ready to move through your voice.
    In the first chapter of Genesis we read….
    Genesis 1:3 NKJV
    3 Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.
    But Light didn’t come —— until sound/voice was released.
    Order didn’t manifest until a voice broke the silence.
    And like light Waiting——Your miracle is waiting for a sound.
    Your atmosphere is waiting for a decree.
    Your promise is hovering over your life, but it needs an open portal—your mouth.
    That’s why the Word says in Psalm 103:20: “Bless the Lord, you His angels… who heed the voice of His word.”

    20 Bless the Lord, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word.
    Catch that: —they heed the voice.
    Not the thought. Not the intent.
    The voice.
    it is His Word spoken by Your voice that activates angelic movement.
    The Spirit Awaits a Vessel
    Remember in Romans 10:8 it says, “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart…”

    8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
    look there it is - the connection: mouth - speaking —and— heart - believing
    That means power is waiting in your heart and mouth, and your voice is the gate. ​
    ●​ You don’t just feel the anointing —you release it by speaking.
      ​●​ You don’t just carry glory —you broadcast it by speaking.
      ​●​ You don’t just think faith —you speak it, and that speech becomes a supernatural gateway.
      That’s what your voice is:
    a delivery system for the supernatural.
    The Spirit moves on the sound of faith. Don’t allow satan to Muffle the Portal
    Satan doesn’t fear your potential (belief)—he fears your voice (mouth).
    Why?
    Because your voice is the open gateway that brings what’s in Heaven into the earth.
    ​●​ Every decree creates a flow.
      ​●​ Every prophecy opens a passage.
      ​●​ Every word spoken in alignment with God’s truth
    causes the Kingdom to pour through you like a river.
      You are not a passive carrier of the Spirit.
    You are a living portal of divine release.
    And your decree is the key that opens the floodgate.
    Don’t wait to feel brave to speak boldly.
    Speak boldly until you feel brave. That’s the secret.
    Faith isn’t pretending.
    Faith is persisting when your soul screams “no”
    but your spirit says, “He is still faithful.”
    Remember….
    Your voice is a portal for power.
    The Holy Spirit flows through your words.
    When you speak, Heaven responds.
    When you decree, power is released.
    Angels are activated by the sound of your voice.
    Demons tremble when you speak the Word.
    Do not be silent. Do not be passive.
    You are a vessel of divine release.
    Heaven flows through your voice—and the earth must respond.

    Prophesy — 16-Don’t Pray About It—Prophesy to It

    There’s a time to pray. And then there’s a time to prophesy.
    Many believers get stuck in delay—not because God isn’t moving—but because they’re still asking for what God has already given them authority to command.
    Jesus never told His disciples to pray about the mountain.
    He told them to speak to it.
    That shift—from petition to prophecy—is where breakthrough begins.
    you don’t need to beg God for anything.
    Speak to the issue. declare the Word. release the command.
    And the power of God will follow every decree like thunder follows lightning.
    It’s something most believers miss:
    Prayer connects you to the power.
    Prophecy releases it.
    Stop asking — Begging—
    Start Declaring the Word ——
    look at Moses at the Red Sea
    Exodus 14:15–16 NKJV
    15 And the Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward. 16 But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
    In other words: “Stop praying and start commanding.” God wasn’t being harsh.
    He was revealing that faith has a voice, and that voice needs to be aimed directly at the problem. ​
    look at Jesus…..
    ●​ Jesus didn’t pray about the storm —He rebuked it.
      ​●​ He didn’t pray over the fig tree —He cursed it.
      ​●​ He didn’t beg demons to leave —He commanded them with a word.
     
    Prayer Pulls Heaven Down—Prophecy Drives Hell Out
    Prayer and prophecy are partners—not rivals.
    Prayer brings divine alignment.
    Prophecy enforces divine assignment.
    But if all you ever do is pray, and never speak to the problem, you’ll stay in spiritual delay.
    Why? Because God moves when His people move.
    I was reading about Smith Wigglesworth…
    he would walk into hospital rooms, lay hands on the sick, and instead of praying, he’d shout, “Be healed in the Name of Jesus!” No warm-up. No negotiation. No debate. He didn’t need more prayer.
    He needed a release of power.
    And that power flowed through the decree.
    You don’t need another prayer circle around your issue.
    You need a Word from God to be loosed from your lips with authority.
    You’re not waiting for Heaven to decide.
    Heaven is waiting for you to speak.
    Speak as a Prophet, Not a Prisoner
    If you're born of the Spirit, you have the right to prophesy. over others— and over yourself.
    take the example of Ezekiel — prophesy to the bones
    Ezekiel 37:1–10 NKJV
    1 The hand of the Lord came upon me and brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones. 2 Then He caused me to pass by them all around, and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and indeed they were very dry. 3 And He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” So I answered, “O Lord God, You know.” 4 Again He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! 5 Thus says the Lord God to these bones: “Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live. 6 I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and put breath in you; and you shall live. Then you shall know that I am the Lord.” ’ ” 7 So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and suddenly a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to bone. 8 Indeed, as I looked, the sinews and the flesh came upon them, and the skin covered them over; but there was no breath in them. 9 Also He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.” ’ ” 10 So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army.
    Ezekiel didn’t pray for the dry bones. He prophesied to them. He spoke to bones.
    And as he did, the bones obeyed and came together.
    The army stood.
    The power came.
    He spoke to breath.
    He spoke to the wind.
    You don’t need to wait for the environment to shift.
    Your prophecy is the shift.
    —
    This is not just about belief.
    it is not just about meditation.
    The Word. Belief. The voice. The spoken decree.
    The devil is a liar—but his lies can live undisturbed in an atmosphere of silence.
    As long as you don't speak, the lie lingers.
    As long as you don’t declare the truth, the deception feels like reality.
    The enemy isn't afraid of Christians who believe truth silently.
    He's terrified of those who declare truth publicly.
    —
    So remember…..
    Do not pray about what you’ve been commanded to prophesy to.
    speak to the storm: Peace, be still.
    speak to the mountain: Move now.
    speak to your future: Align with Heaven’s design.
    prophesy healing to your body.
    prophesy favor to your finances.
    prophesy revival to your atmosphere.
    speak as one sent. decree as one trusted.
    Your prophecy is not suggestion—it’s enforcement.

    24 Speak From the Seat You’re Seated In

    You don’t speak from defeat trying to reach victory.
    You speak from victory, already seated in heavenly places with Christ. Your words carry power because of where you’re speaking from, not just what you’re saying.
    Ephesians 2:6 NKJV
    6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
    That's not future tense. That's now. You're not trying to get there. You're already there positionally spiritually legally you are enthrone with Christ.
    And from that seat, you're not a beggar. You're not a servant.
    You're a co-heir. A legislator. A son. A decree-maker.
    You’re on the throne releasing the will of God into the battlefield.
    That shift changes everything.
    ​●​ You’re not asking sickness to leave —you’re evicting it by royal order.
      ​●​ You’re not hoping for provision —you’re commanding what’s already yours to manifest.
      ​●​ You’re not pleading with God —you’re partnering with Him from your seat of dominion.
    The Seat Determines the Sound
    Have you ever noticed that a judge doesn’t shout? He doesn’t plead. He doesn’t reason. He speaks with calm confidence—because of where he’s seated.
    You can speak that same way—not because of emotion, but because of your elevation.
    You don’t have to raise your volume to raise your authority.
    You simply speak from the seat where Jesus placed you.
    And when you do, hell has no choice but to listen.
    Don’t let your surroundings determine your sound. let your seat determine it.
    You sit in it—and from that place, you speak like a king.
    Always remember…
    You are seated with Christ in heavenly places.
    You speak from the throne, not the battlefield.
    You decree with royal authority.
    You command with bold confidence.
    You do not plead—You proclaim.
    You don’t chase victory—You speak from it.
    Your position fuels Your decree.
    You speak from above—and everything beneath You must bow.

    19- Decree Until You See

    Heaven doesn’t reward those who decree once and quit.
    Heaven honors those who refuse to let go of the Word until it becomes reality.
    If God said it, it’s done. But if you want to see it, you’ve got to say it—until it shows up. Not once. Not twice. But until.
    Speak the Word again. And again. And again. Do not doubt. push through the resistance with consistent prophetic pressure.
    Why? Because the visible realm must eventually bow to the spoken Word—if you don’t stop.
    You’re Not Repeating Yourself—You’re Reinforcing Truth
    Look at Elijah…. 1 Kings 18
    Got one more thing in thereElijah had a demonstration between himself and the prophets of Baal, whose God would answer with Fire!
    Elijah's got fire —— after he had drenched the altar, the sacrifice, and the trench around it with water three times and then God answered with Fire and consumed everything not just the offering, but the altar, the water, the stones, everything
    Then Elijah made a prophetic statement to Ahab…. he said, “go for there is a sound of the abundance of rain”
    Remember, it had not rained for 3 1/2 years
    Then Elijah said to his servant — “go and look toward the sea”
    and his servant looked and said — there is nothing
    Elijah sent his servant seven times to look for the rain. Six times—nothing.
    But Elijah didn’t stop praying. He didn’t stop speaking.
    He knew what God said, and he kept declaring it until a cloud the size of a man’s hand appeared.
    That’s how prophetic people walk. ​
    ●​ you don’t retreat at silence.
      ​●​ you don’t give up when the sky looks empty.
      ​●​ you keep speaking until creation surrenders.
     
    You’re not being redundant.
    You’re releasing layers of breakthrough with every decree.
    The first one breaks the soil.
    The second one cracks the rock.
    The third one breaks the resistance.
    The fourth one opens the heavens.
    And the seventh one? It floods the earth.
    Your Decrees Must Be Relentless
    Mark 11:23 Jesus said, “…whoever says to this mountain… and does not doubt… he will have whatever he says.”

    23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
    There is that connection again: says - mouth believe (does not doubt) - heart
    Jesus never said to speak once.
    He said to say it and believe it—and you will have it.
    The Word doesn’t fade with repetition—it intensifies.
    Every time you decree what God says, you’re putting another layer of heavenly pressure on the situation. ​
    ●​ Don’t see healing yet? Decree again.
      ​●​ Finances still tight? Decree again.
      ​●​ Doors still shut? Decree again.
      ​●​ Atmosphere still heavy? Decree again.
    Don’t stop declaring it just because it is settled in heaven.
    Keep speaking until it is seen.
    Faith doesn’t rest after one strike.
    Faith pounds the gate until it opens.
    You’re Not Trying to Convince God—You’re Commanding the Earth
    Decrees aren’t there to wear God down.
    They are meant to bring the earth into alignment with what Heaven already finalized.
    Every time you say, “By His stripes I am healed,” the cells in your body get new orders.
    Every time you say, “I am the head and not the tail,” your mindset begins to rise.
    Every time you say, “This mountain must move,” the foundation beneath it begins to shake.
    Keep speaking, prophet.
    Keep declaring, warrior.
    Keep roaring, king.
    Your decree will create what you’ve seen in the Spirit—if you don’t stop.
    Keep going…..
    I will decree until I see.
    I will not back down. I will not be silent.
    My words carry weight, and I speak them boldly.
    I declare healing. I declare provision. I declare open doors.
    I speak peace. I speak power. I speak purpose.
    I’m not begging—I’m building.
    I’m not wishing—I’m enforcing.
    I’m not hoping—I’m commanding.
    I decree until I see—and I will see everything God
    ACTIVATION PRAYER
    Father, I thank You that Your promises are yes and amen—and I will not let go of them. I repent for backing down in the face of delay or silence. I receive supernatural boldness to keep decreeing what You’ve spoken until I see the full manifestation. Let every word I speak be soaked in faith and set on fire by the Spirit. I will not be silent. I will not give up. I will not retreat. I will speak until the wall falls, the cloud forms, the door opens, and the breakthrough explodes. I don’t just believe Your Word—I decree it into existence.
