The bread which we break,

Is it not a means of sharing in the body of Christ?

The cup of blessing which we bless,

Is it not a means of sharing in the blood of Christ?

Because there is one bread, we who are many are one body,

For we all partake of the one bread.

With grateful hearts we praise you, O God, for your great goodness in the gift of Christ.

Through sacred memory Christ has come to us and fed us at his table.

Strengthen us by your grace to fellowship with Christ each day.
