    Introduction: Alignment Produces Multiplication

Annouce Sister Annies passing Feb 14, 2027 in Jamaica
For the last few months we have been talking about coming into aligment with the Kingdom of God
Alignment with the Kingdom of God leads to alignment with His mission.
That mission comes to us it what has been commonly referred to as the Great Commission
    Matthew 28:18–20 NASB95
18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
The Great Command, and the Great commision tell us all what we are called to do as beleivers in the Kingdom of God
these 2 thing can be stated in the following
The Kingdom Way is to Love God and Love People, so they can Love God and people too!
    say it with me!
The Kingdom Way is to Love God, Love People, and Make Disciples
    that’s it ...
it covered everything God expects from us!
    Let’s pray
Today we want to focus on the Great commission.
or otherwise stated the mission God has given each one of us with an expectation we will fulfill
    God’s first mandate was multiplication
    Genesis 1:28 NASB95
28 God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
    Jesus’ final Instruction was multiplication
    Matthew 28:18–20 NASB95
18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
The early church’s evidence of health was multiplication
    Acts 6:7 NASB95
7 The word of God kept on spreading; and the number of the disciples continued to increase greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were becoming obedient to the faith.
There a simple rule that applies to any living thing....
“If you’re not growing you’re dying”
The human body produces approximately 200–300 billion new cells per day
This large number is required because billions of cells are constantly dying and being replaced to maintain homeostasis.
Our bodies have to grow....because our cells continue to die
    Look at it this way.
Bone Marrow produces 100-200 Billion red blood cells every day
Your skin replaces millions of cells every minute.
enough to replace all your skin every 3-4 weeks
You know that all that dust around your home. Estimated 20-25% is human skin cells
But one of the fasted replicators is the Intestinal lining
which produced enough cells to be replaced every 3-5 days
Babies produce the most cells because they grow the fastest
    then children
    then teens
But as we get older the human body has a harder and harder time to produce healthy cells.
    Thats actually why we age
its the limitation of cellular production, is what we see as aging.
whitening of the hair, wrinkles, stiff joints, sore muscles.
when you exert yourself such as in exercise. you are actually breaking down the the cells
your body responds by making stronger and a greater number of cells in that area.
that’s actually how we build muscle.
But as we age, that regeneration process slows down.
the Body has a harder time creating new cells and as a result
    it takes longer to recover.
Why do I share this human biology lesson
To demonstrate to each one of us that grow is a necessity for Life.
We know The apostle Paul use a living organism to illustrate the church
    1 Corinthians 12:12–27 NASB95
12 For even as the body is one and yet has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ. 13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit. 14 For the body is not one member, but many. 15 If the foot says, “Because I am not a hand, I am not a part of the body,” it is not for this reason any the less a part of the body. 16 And if the ear says, “Because I am not an eye, I am not a part of the body,” it is not for this reason any the less a part of the body. 17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole were hearing, where would the sense of smell be? 18 But now God has placed the members, each one of them, in the body, just as He desired. 19 If they were all one member, where would the body be? 20 But now there are many members, but one body. 21 And the eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you”; or again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 22 On the contrary, it is much truer that the members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary; 23 and those members of the body which we deem less honorable, on these we bestow more abundant honor, and our less presentable members become much more presentable, 24 whereas our more presentable members have no need of it. But God has so composed the body, giving more abundant honor to that member which lacked, 25 so that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. 26 And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. 27 Now you are Christ’s body, and individually members of it.
We see that the Church, is a body. Christs body to be percise.
and the same statement holds true.
If we’re not growing we’re dying!
Big Idea: Kingdom alignment is not complete until it results in reproduction.
    So let’s dive into this....

    I. The Mandate of Multiplication

    A. The Authority Behind the Command

    Matthew 28:18 NASB95
18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
    Everyone say ....
    All Authority
Discipleship is not optional ministry activity; It not something you can say I’m not gifted in it
there is NO gift of discipleship
rather discipleship is the expectation for every believer
its literally how the church propagates
it is a Kingdom mandate under divine authority.

    B. The Mission Defined

    Matthew 28:19 NASB95
19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
Notice we are not commanded to :
    Make converts
    Make attendees
    Make admirers
    or Make Fans,
    But rather :
Make Disciples who ares follower Jesus, and who obey His commands

    C. The Method Explained

    Matthew 28:20 NASB95
20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
    Teaching them to observe
It’s not just getting someone to say the sinners prayer...
Its assuming the responsibilty to teach them what you know
    Discipleship = transformation + obedience + replication.
Key Principle: A disciple is someone who follows Jesus, becomes like Jesus, and does what Jesus did.
    say it again

    II. The Model of Multiplication

    A. Jesus’ Model: Few to Reach Many

    Yes He preached to crowds
But He spent the most time, discipling the twelve...… by doing life with each of them.
they talked, they traveled, they ate together, they ministered together, for around 3 years
Jesus built a relationship with each one of them that was a conduit for them to become the people the father had in store for the mission He planned
(intersting to note.....even Jesus lost 1.....Judas)
that leads us to an important truth
    1 Corinthians 3:6–7 NASB95
6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth. 7 So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.
You may be the one who plants a seed in someone.
    someone else may water
Or someone may have planted the seed
    and you get to water
But one thing is certain the growth belongs to God!
    Not only the 12 but...

    Jesus invested deeply in three

Jesus chose Peter James and John for a more specialized discipleship
you see these 3 got to see things the other disciples did not:
    The Raising of Jairus’ Daughter
    Mark 5:37 NASB95
37 And He allowed no one to accompany Him, except Peter and James and John the brother of James.
    The Mount of Transfiguration
    Matthew 17:1 NASB95
1 Six days later Jesus took with Him Peter and James and John his brother, and led them up on a high mountain by themselves.
    Gethsemane
    Mark 14:33 NASB95
33 And He took with Him Peter and James and John, and began to be very distressed and troubled.
It appear these 3 had a very special connection to Jesus.
more so than the other 9
Maybe this lead to jealously within Judas. who knows....
Let’s not forget Jesus also sent out the 70
    Luke 10:1 NASB95
1 Now after this the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them in pairs ahead of Him to every city and place where He Himself was going to come.
These were all people Jesus prepared individually to carry out the will of the Father here on the earth
Multiplication flows through intentional relational investment.
It’s not just handing out gospel tracks, or wearing a Christian T-shirt
It’s investing time, talents and knowledge to assist someone on their discipleship journey
Making a disciple is not expecting the pastors to offer a discipleship course
rather Its each and every believer obeying, Jesus’ great Commision
If you consider yourself a disciple of Jesus
    you must answer the question
    Who are you currently discipling?
I don’t say this to guilt or condem anyone
instead i want all of us to be on the right track and in the Will of God!
To come into alignment with the plans and purposed of God

    B. Paul’s Model: Four Generations

    2 Timothy 2:2 NASB95
2 The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.
    We see this progression
Paul → Timothy → Faithful Men → Others
that’s literally how the church exists today
that’s how it lasted over 2000 years
    Faithful ones telling others

    Multiplication requires:

    Transferable truth
    Faithful people
    Intentional entrusting

    C. The Early Church Model

    Acts 6:7 NASB95
7 The word of God kept on spreading; and the number of the disciples continued to increase greatly in Jerusalem, and a great many of the priests were becoming obedient to the faith.
    The word spread, disciples multiplied.
    Healthy systems produce sustainable growth.
the Modern church today, exists because faithful people have been making disciples to carry the message of the gospel to generations to generations
    Now we carry the torch
Will we sit idly by, while the world around us speeds to hell
or will we take up the call and obey Jesus’s God given mission!
    Matthew 16:18 NASB95
18 “I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it.
In the ancient world, gates were not just doors.
    They were:
    Centers of government
    Places of legal authority
Strategy hubs (city elders met at the gate)

    Important Insight: Gates Are Defensive

Gates do not attack. They defend.
    This means:
    The Church is advancing.
    Hell is resisting.
    Jesus promises resistance will fail.
The image is not the Church hiding from hell. It is the Church advancing against it.
    How do we pillage hell?
by transforming disciples of hell into disciples of heaven
Jesus has promised hell canot stop us from the mission
    But the limitation is us
and what we are willing to do to fullfil our role!

III. The Marks of a Multiplying Disciple

    Teachable – aligned with truth
Obedient – applies what is learned
    Available – relationally present
    Intentional – actively investing
Reproducible – able to teach others
    Ask:
Can what I am doing be repeated by someone else?
A lesson God is teaching me, is this.
can what I am building, be carried on by the next generation
If it dies when I die, what kingdom value does it hold.
what ever we build must be reproducibe by the next generation
we have to allow them to build from our shoulders
    say this with me
    disciples make disciples....

    IV. Barriers to Kingdom Multiplication

I know some of the most common barriers are:

    1. I don’t have time

    let me ask you
Do you think when you stand before the bema seat of Christ
and Jesus asks you… Why did you not do what I told you to do?
Do you think He will accept your response. “I did not have the time?”
    .........
Putting God’s Kingdom 1st means it takes highest priority
    the Kingdom dictates your time!
it is the basic step in coming in alignment with His Kingdom
is how we manage our time.
You can’t say your putting the kingdom 1st and then spend time doin your own thing
it cant and doesn’t work that way

    2. Consumer Christianity

    Spectators instead of participants.

    3. Fear & Insecurity

“I’m not ready.” You don’t need perfection; you need obedience.
you teach what you know, not what you don’t
    its ok to answer

    4. Lack of Structure

Maybe you don’t know what to do?
    That’s fair
Vision without a pathway produces frustration.

    V. Practical Pathway for Kingdom Impact Church

    Ephesians 4:11–12 NASB95
    11 And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ;
It’s our Job as Church leaders with the help of Holy Spirit, to equip you the body, for the work of service you are called to do. We are to equip you to build up the Body of Christ.
Those mandates are your calling not ours
our job is to help you complete it
That’s why our next series begining March 15th 2027 is going to introduce to you the
    The Kingdom Pathway
It is a disciple pathway that we created and is being used around the globe to build discipleship communities.
The Kingdom Pathway is a simple, relational framework designed to help believers move from being “a little bit like Jesus to being more like Jesus” through three intentional steps: Love God, Love Others, and Make Disciples
It recognizes the fact that we as humans start out as slave to sin
but through Jesus death and resurrection we become slaves to God
But as we are discipled we grow from slave to friend
and as discipleship continues that friendship transforms us to knowing we are sons and daughters of God
    The Kingdom Pathway
is built around nine core habits and walked out with a Growth Coach growth coach is a modern term for disciple maker, it provides practical tools for abiding in the Holy Spirit, prayer, Scripture, fellowship, service, generosity, identity, and sharing faith.
It cover the entire jouney of discipleship,
but rather than being taught in a classrom, it is experienced in daily life
doing what you are already doing, but just with a directed intension
The pathway is not meant to be walked alone but in community, creating a reproducible culture where disciples grow, mature, and multiply.
Over the years I gave created several discipleship courses. each one with wavering success.
They all focused on telling what you know, but honestly they were structured in a lecture teaching enviroment.
Back in 2017 the Kingdom Way leadership started to develop a new method of doing dicipleship.
Actually its not new. in fact its really old. 2000 years old to be percise
We took a step back to look at the greatest disciple maker of all time.
    Jesus Christ.
    And asked the question
    How did Jesus make disciples?
The results we came up with under the Holy Spirit’s influence was the Kingdom Pathway!
It’s simple enough for any beleiver to utilize
It’s not about instructional learning, but instead telling someone what you have learned about the things of God.
and being in a place where they can ask you their question.
The focus is on loving people from where they are into the Kingdom of heaven
the goal is not converts...but disciples
yes this will take time, energy, heartache, and pain
but the rewards wil be worth it,
under the power of Holy Spirit you can change someone’s life.
not to mention where they will spend eternity.

    VI. Kingdom Mathematics

    Addition: 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 4 Multiplication: 1 → 2 → 4 → 8 → 16
In one year, if each disciple who calls Kingdom impact home makes 1 disciples, Our church doubles in size
If we do that again the next year it doubles again.... exponential growth occurs.
The Kingdom expands through multiplication, not mere addition.

    VII. Alignment Check Questions

Over the next few week prepare yourself for the Kingdom Pathway
    Who is discipling me?
if your new to the faith, or do not feel you have been trained as a disciple
ask God who He is calling to disciple you
when God tell you who....Go ask them
It doesn’t have to be a Pastor or Church leader,
its actually better you look for a mature beleiver that you hold in high esteem.
they will be able to devote more time to you.
don’t get me wrong, every Pastor in this church is called to be a disciple maker.
but we can’t disciple everyone, and thats not the point.
every believer shoulbe be making a disciple
    2. Who am I discipling?
Again pray and as Holy Spirit to reveal His plans in whom He is calling you to disciple.
best part is you don’t have to wait for them to ask.
Jesus went to his disciples and called them to follow him
He never waited for them to ask Him to disciple them
This makes sense when you consider relationship is an intimate part of discipleship.
first step is to initate the relationship based on loving them into the Kingdom

    Closing Declaration

“We are not called to build crowds; We are called to multiply Kingdom builders”
