What is Spiritual Food?

Spiritual food is the reading and application of the scriptures

There are two types of Spiritual food;
Milk
Meat
Milk are scriptures where you are getting to know God and His word.

like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation,

Meat are scriptures were you receive understanding and life applications.

But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil.

When we can identify what God’s will for us is, through the scriptures we have learned.

God uses situations or Trials to force us to use what we have learned to get a deeper relationship with Christ.

“Our fathers worshiped in this mountain, and you people say that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.” Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe Me, an hour is coming when neither in this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father. “You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews. “But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. “God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” The woman said to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming (He who is called Christ); when that One comes, He will declare all things to us.”
