The Deacons Ministry of New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church is to provide leadership as a “servant leader”, to be an enabler of the ministries/committees of the Church by actively using his/her spiritual gifts whether they are administrative or applicable as an individual contributor. The Deacon is a spiritually maturing Christian that demonstrates a life accepted by God and His church. The Deacon is a responsible member of the church by actively participating in weekly services and activities, serving as a conduit of information to/from the congregation about matters pertaining to church functions, promoting unity in the church, prayerfully supporting the staff and church members, and supporting our church’s programs, mission and vision.
