November 6 Announcements

Important announcements for the Oak Hill church family:

1. Olivet has canceled in-person worship for the next two weeks due to COVID-19 exposure within their congregation. We are not aware of anyone who was in the building while expressing symptoms of the virus last Sunday. Because the virus appears to spread from person to person and not through surface contact or from being in the same room days after a person who has the virus, Oak Hill will continue in-person worship as usual. If this scenario makes you uncomfortable, you are encouraged to watch the live stream from home. Individuals must do what they believe is best for them and their family.
2. In light of the current circumstances, the Annual Congregational Meeting usually held in November is postponed until further notice. We will operate under the current budget until the 2021 budget is approved at the congregational meeting to be scheduled.
