WELCOME GUESTS!

We love guests at HBC and appreciate you being with us today. Our prayer is that you will find a warm, friendly welcome and that you receive a blessing from God’s Word as you worship with us today. When you have the opportunity please fill out a guest card to let us know a little more about you. Just drop it in the offering plate or give it directly to Pastor Tim after the service.

Missionary Spotlight

Our Missionary Spotlight this month is on Larry & Pam Noland, our missionaries to Arctic Canada. “December is usually a busy month in our community and in the church with all of the events taking place to celebrate Christmas; and this year was busy as well though the activities were different. Instead of a cookie exchange the ladies decided they wanted to be a blessing to all of our essential workers and many elders in Aklavik. They baked over 75 dozen cookies! Gift bags with cookies, a Christmas card, tracts, and a copy of John & Romans were made for each, then hand delivered. Another new outreach that we did this year was to ‘adopt’ 3 families in town that we knew could use some extra encouragement this year. Needed items and toys were collected at the church and then gift wrapped and delivered to the families a few days before Christmas. It is a great blessing to see how the Lord gives us opportunities to show and share His love no matter the circumstances taking place in the world around us. “
