The Fifth Sunday of Easter

Sentence:  

In this is love, not that we loved God but that God loved us. Beloved, since God loved us so much, we also ought to love one another. 1 John 4:10–11

Prayer of the Day:  

O God, form the minds of your faithful people, that we may love what you command and desire what you promise, so that, amid the many changes of this world, our hearts may there be fixed where true joys are to be found; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Prayer of the Week:  

Saving God, who called your Church to witness that you were in Christ reconciling the world to yourself: help us so to proclaim the good news of your love, that all who hear it may be reconciled to you; through him who died for us and rose again and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

Religious Instruction (RI) PAID CASUAL

State School Christian RI Ministry Worker needed for casual paid employment in the Rockhampton area. 

The positions involve school hours through the week (1 to 2 days) during school terms to the last week in November.

Work will commence after some training, please apply ASAP.
