The Fourth Sunday of Pentecost
Sentence:
Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone. Colossians 4:6
Prayer of the Day:
Gracious and compassionate God, we praise you as the communicating God. We thank you that you harken to us, your creation. Forgive us for the times we fail to avail ourselves of your willing grace, to hear us. Help us to have gracious speech as we harken to others. May the content of our communication reflect and proclaim Jesus the word became flesh who brings salvation to the word. We pray this in the name of God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.
Prayer of the Week:
Almighty God, without you we are unable to please you: mercifully grant that your Holy Spirit may in all things direct and rule our hearts; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
