- Lake County Baptist Association made some big changes in 2021 and expects to continue that into 2022. The association needs to hear from church members, church staff, associate pastors, and pastors in order to identify what they value from their association. If you have six minutes and are a member of one of our associated churches, would you mind taking a survey? You can help the direction your association takes in the coming year. He starts with his battle-tested methods, explaining how to use voice and gesture and where to add transitions to create a natural flow. You’ll learn a variety of sermon preparation and delivery methods and how to develop your own style. Dr. Chapell then guides you away from the pulpit and into the pew. He explains the typical mindset of the different generations and common presuppositions that non-Christians and Christians bring with them on Sunday.
