1 Honoring Youth & Grads
This Sunday, May 1, in worship, we’ll be led by some of our youth and college aged young adults. We’ll be honoring our high school and college graduates as well! We’ll enjoy special music from Omayra and Emilia Smith Pumalpa, singing, “Hold Onto Me.”
2 Note to ARK Kidz!
Kids, please make an effort to be here this Sunday, May 1, as you will be preparing for Mother’s Day and continuing to learn about the Holy Spirit. Thanks!
3 Prayer partners
Please consider partnering with our church leadership in prayer for our church and its ministries. How to partner? Grab a prayer guide and sign up at the table in the narthex. Prayer daily for these prayer intentions, and receive a specific prayer request every Tuesday. Our mission is to be joyful disciples who make joyful disciples to share Jesus’ love with the world, and that mission begins with prayer.
4 Pastor’s sabbatical
Pastor MJ will be on sabbatical May 25 through July 5. A sabbatical is a time away from work for rest and renewal. She’s shared details in a letter that should be arriving at your home today or tomorrow. Please read and let her know if you have any questions.

May 1st: Youth & Graduation Sunday (this Sunday) - Honoring the youth & grads in our church with fellowship coffee afterwards
May 8th: Mother’s Day - A special worship service dedicated to all our different kinds of moms and a fruit bar afterwards.
May 15th: Confirmation Sunday - Join us as we welcome this year's confirmands Emma, Charly and Audrey into the fellowship of faith and our church family!
