BAPTISM SERVICE | A baptism service has been scheduled for Thursday, July 14 at 5:00 pm. If you would like to declare your faith in Christ through baptism, see Pastor Marlin. The Baptism Class will be Sunday, July 10 following the worship service.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR | Our search committee has recommended that our elders officially call Lawrence Klingsheim to the position of Associate Pastor. The elders would appreciate input from you, so if members of our church have comments concerning this, please send them to one of the elders by July 1. Continue to pray for God’s will in this endeavor.

WIFFLEBALL TOURNEY | The Red Bear Wiffleball Tournament will be held on Saturday, July 16. A schedule of games will come out a week before the tournament. If you would like to play, contact Pastor Marlin and he will let you know who the team captains are. If you are interested in fielding a team, also contact Pastor Marlin. There is limited availability. Teams need to be confirmed by July 5. For the young ‘uns, there will be a Kids Game (up to 6th grade) on Friday, July 15 at 6:30 pm. All play happens at Red Bear Park (the Bjornrud home).  

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS | Scholarships are available for Bible camp. We don’t want anyone to miss camp because of finances. See Pastor Marlin if there is a need.

COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP | Once again, our church will be giving the “One Another College Scholarship” for the next school year to someone who exemplifies the “One Another” teachings in their relationships with others. If you would like to nominate a college student for this scholarship, you will find a form at the table by the main entrance. Nominations must be turned in by August 1.

BULLETIN HELP | Jennifer will be on vacation July 29 – August 14. She is looking for assistance with the bulletins for July 24 and July 31. Please see Jen in person or email jeno@efreechurch.com if you are interested in helping print and stuff the weekly bulletin.

LADIES FELLOWSHIP | The next monthly Ladies Fellowship will be hosted by Michele Camp in her home on Wednesday, July 13 at 9:00 am.

Youth For Christ will be having the first of their 3 summer peach sales this week Thursday, June 30 to Saturday, July 2. If you are willing to help sell peaches in July or August let Linda Kraines know (exact dates to be determined). Brad Monson would like prayer for the students attending their “open hours” that are held 3 days a week during the summer. Also, pray that God provides the additional funding, volunteers, and staff for this upcoming school year. Thank you for your prayer support!
