Following service today, we are hosting a time for questions and answers from the congregation. The Q&A session will be held in the gym and also broadcast to the parking lot via 88.1 FM.

Lunch will be provided. Tables and chairs will have been set up for individual households and will be social distanced.

We want to encourage everyone to ask questions. If you are unable to attend in-person, you can email your questions in advance to sps@bbcbethany.org and a member of the Pastor Search Committee will ask on your behalf.

These Q&A sessions will be recorded. If you are unable to attend and would like a copy of the recording, please let the office know.

Copies of the pastoral packet and letter are available at the Connection Center.

Following the Q&A, the congregation is invited for a time of prayer in the gym, starting at approximately 12:30 pm. Immediately following the time of prayer, there will be a Special Business Meeting for the congregation to vote on Trevor Binkley as our Senior Pastor at approximately 1:00 pm.

Note: We will broadcast the meeting over 88.1 FM. A teller will be available in the parking lot to distribute and collect ballots. You must be present to vote.

We will be observing social distancing during the meeting. We ask that all in attendance please wear a mask during the meeting.

If you are joining us in the Sanctuary, please wait for the ushers or greeters to seat you and dismiss you. Doing so helps us to remain in compliance with the Oregon Health Authority's physical distancing requirements.

Families are welcome at our in person services! Does your child need something to keep them occupied? There are children's bulletins, coloring pages, and crayons available at the Connection Center.

Do you have a squirmy, squawky little one? Rooms are available in all buildings for you to take them to, if needed, during service. You may use the library and the foyer in the Sanctuary. In Heritage Hall, the Fireside Room is available. If the service is not already playing in those rooms, feel free to stream via YouTube on your smart phone!

Please join us for Children's Church TODAY at 10:30 am in the Gym (Room 21). This is a time for children in kindergarten to 5th grade to learn about God's word. Children's Church will include crafts, games, and an interactive lesson that will help your children grow in their knowledge of God's Word.

Children will be grouped in groups of up to 10 students. All students and adults will be required to wear masks and complete a brief health assessment, including taking temperatures. If you or your child(ren) are feeling ill or have had contact with someone who has recently tested positive for COVID, please stay home.

Women's Ministry is inviting you to join them for a one day "retreat" on Saturday, March 13th at 10 am. This will be a time to learn and focus on the importance of prayer in your life. We will also be lifting our church family, friends, and ministries up in prayer through out the day.

The cost is $15 per person. Lunch will be provided.

Women's Bible Study is beginning a new study on Tuesday, March 9th. "From Garden to Glory" by Courtney Doctor is an 11-week study that focuses on God's one story that runs through the entire Bible.

On Saturday, April 3, we will hold an Easter Drive-Thru in the parking lot of the church. There will be eight stations for people to visit. The first station will be an introduction for visitors. The next six stations will tell the Easter story, including Christ's crucifixion and resurrection. The last station will provide souvenirs, including little gifts for children. The Drive-Through will run from 10 a.m. until 12 noon.

With spring almost here, it is time to clean up our campus. On Saturday March 20, 2021 at 9 am, Facilities has planned a campus work day. We will be spreading bark, cleaning up the outside of the buildings, and sprucing up our church.

All ages are invited to help. Sign up at the Connection Center or contact the Office for more information.

If you enjoy greeting people as they join us on Sunday morning, you could be a greeter.

Do you love spending time with children? We can use people in our upcoming Children's Church.

Are you someone who loves to share your testimony to others or loves reaching out to the community? You might be the perfect fit for our Outreach Team.

And if you are handy in building maintenance, we can always use an extra pair of hands to help keep our campus beautiful.

Please remember that sometimes it takes many hands to do a job. If you would be willing to help in these areas, please contact the church office.
