A HUGE THANKS to the entire congregation for your amazing support of the Operation Christmas Child shoe box blessing project that the GEMS and their moms worked on this past week. Our goal was 20 boxes, but because of your generosity we were able to send 43 boxes!! That equals 43 children receiving not only a gift of essential and fun items, hand-delivered with love and a smile by Samaritan's Purse workers, but 43 children also receiving the gospel message of Jesus and His love for them! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

WOULD YOU LIKE to shop for Christmas and support three great causes at the same time? Check out the Bethel GEMS ViBella Jewelry fundraiser! ViBella employs women in Haiti and Mexico to make beautiful jewelry (and bags, purses, and Christmas decor) and when you purchase through our fundraiser, our Bethel GEMS and The Esther School will also benefit! Today in the library, samples are available for you to view and tomorrow you are invited to an OPEN HOUSE at Mary Kok's home from 6-9 p.m. You'll be able to view jewelry, peruse catalogs, enjoy food and fellowship AND place orders if you wish! If you have any questions, talk to Julie Ball, Mary Kok, Mandy Van Noort, or Tammy Holleman. Invite your friends!

THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE: As we reflect on our many blessings this Thanksgiving season, let us not forget those in our community who need our help, particularly with putting food on the table. The deacons invite you to bring bags of nonperishable food to the table in the back of church either next Sunday, November 18, or on Wednesday, November 22 for our Thanksgiving Eve service. Your donations will go to the Project Hope food bank to help provide food to needy families. Thank you!

WORLD HUNGER: Thank you for your generous giving to our World Hunger campaign! This year Bethel raised $1930.50 to support World Renew as they help men, women, and children in need gain new skills and knowledge to achieve Uzima--life as God intended it to be. To God be the Glory!
