CADET SUNDAY: Welcome to all Bethel and First CRC Cadets and their families as we today we celebrate Cadet Sunday. This morning’s offering will be for the Cadets. Praise God for this ministry which seeks to build Godly character in our boys and young men!
PRAISE AND PRAYER SERVICE TONIGHT: You are encouraged to share a favorite song, scripture or how God is working in your life. The offering will be for The Table.
LADIES OF BETHEL: We are hoping to see some new faces at our Wednesday morning coffeetime at 9:30. Any age welcome; come enjoy our sweet fellowship.
LADIES GAME NIGHT: All ladies are invited to our Bethel GEMS game night on Monday, February 4, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. We would love to have you join us! Please bring along a childhood photo or think of a memory from when you were between the ages of 7-14 that you could share with our GEMS. They would LOVE to hear your stories.
LEARN ABOUT MESSIANIC JUDAISM: Our 11th-12th grade Sunday School class has been studying various denominations under the umbrella of Christendom. On February 10, we have the opportunity to learn from Monica Ruby, LCHS school counselor, regarding her faith tradition, Messianic Judaism, when she speaks to our class. We invite the congregation to join us, starting at 9:20 am.
GEMS: Our annual skating party will be Monday, February 18 at Lynden Skateway from 6:15-8:30. If you wish to pre-buy your ticket for skating, please bring $4.50 to GEMS on February 4. If you do not pre-buy, you are still welcome to come! You will just have to stand in the regular line when you arrive. If you would like in-line skates, bring $3 to the rink on February 18 to pay for those there. This is a great opportunity to invite a friend to GEMS!
LIBRARY BOOKS: Don’t forget to check out the new books in the library. If you want to take a book (or DVD) home, be sure to sign your name and the date on the checkout card located in the pocket on the front page (or on the back of the DVD) and place the card in the basket on the library desk. Please do not remove books or DVDs from the library without checking them out as we have a number of them that are missing.
