NEW FURNACE: The Building and Grounds Committee is asking the congregation this morning to approve replacing the two furnaces that heat our sanctuary at a cost of approximately $8500. One has failed and can no longer be used and the second is located behind it, making it difficult and expensive to replace at a later date. Ballots were placed in your mailboxes but if you did not receive one Alvin Vos will be in the library with more. Please place your completed ballot in the offering bag this morning or give it to Alvin after the service. If approved we hope to fund this expenditure with your designated Building Fund gifts.

MISSING PLANT STANDS: We are missing the two bronze plant stands that are used in the front of church. If you have any information on them please call the church office or Karen Apol.
OFFICE HOURS NEXT WEEK: Thursday and Friday, 8-12.
BIKE OUTING PLANNED: Our next Bethel outing will be a bike ride on Lummi Island, Saturday, July 27. We will leave the church parking lot at 10 am and catch the 11 am ferry to Lummi Island. Please bring a sack lunch so that we can eat on the island. We will have a trailer to carry the bikes and a van for carpooling. Any questions, call Michael and Lea Ter Beek or Marv Apol. If it’s raining we will go the following week, August 3.
