April 10, 2022                                                                 John 12:12-17

I.         Publicly _________ your ________ of Jesus.

The next day the great crowd that had come for the Feast heard that Jesus

was on His way to Jerusalem.  They took palm branches and went out to

meet Him, shouting,                                                                            John 12:12-13a

"Hosanna!"  "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!"  "Blessed

is the King of Israel!"                                                                                 John 12:13b

II.        Faithfully _________ your ___________ King.

Jesus found a young donkey and sat upon it, as it is written, “Do not

be afraid, O Daughter of Zion; see, your King is coming, seated on a

donkey's colt."                                                                                         John 12:14-15

At first His disciples did not understand all this.  Only after Jesus was glorified did they realize that these things had been written about Him

and that they had done these things to Him.                                    John 12:16

III.       Continually __________ your _________ in Jesus.

Now the crowd that was with Him when He called Lazarus from the tomb

and raised Him from the dead continued to spread the word.  John 12:17

He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all

creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever

does not believe will be condemned.                                       Mark 16:15-16

Next Steps

1.       Openly worship Jesus from a heart of love for His

willingness to take our cross. Shout out your praise

for all to hear what you think about Jesus.

2.       Serve Jesus by faith whether you understand why

He wants you to do something or not. Humbly, He

has come into the world to fulfill prophecy.

3.       Start and keep spreading the Good News of Jesus

until you have no more breath. Each one, bring one

to hear and believe in Jesus at Easter’s service.
