Please pray for Phyllis Pfefer who will be at the Puyallup fair from September 2 through September 14.  Pray for traveling mercies, and for many seeds being planted leading to a bountiful harvest of both Jews and Gentiles.  In the name of Yeshua.
    1. Please pray.

Jim Grimberg went back into the hospital last Saturday, the 20th, because of severe bowel cramps and he is still there. The doctors tried a number of different solutions but nothing worked. At present, he has an NG tube to clear his stomach which relieves some of the stomach pain. He is also getting IV nutrition as he has had no solid food since his admission on Saturday. Today the general surgeon recommended doing a temporary colostomy to remove the gas in the intestines and hopefully get them to start working. Once that is done he will be started on solid food which will provide better nutrition. While in surgery a portacath will also be put in so that chemotherapy can be started when it heals up. We still anticipate that he will be in the hospital another week or so until he regains some of his strength and be up walking around. Please pray that the doctors and nurses will be open to God's guidance in providing the care needed for they are really God's hands. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. We are so blessed by our church family!
