- Mutuality is the key to a successful long term business relationship. Others, like myself have made an enormous investment in our libraries and are willing to make continued modest investments to maintain and improve functionality. Endlessly expanding our libraries suits your company but may not suit your customers. We have a vested interest in helping you remain in business, but there's an end to the forever escalating expectations of buy more to save more. It feels like desperation, not faith. Your market is speaking, are you listening? I have been a customer for many years and have referred a great deal of business. Given the strong arm marketing method presently employed, I cannot recommend business practices which undermine the sense of integrity I have always experienced. If you want to sell more, I think you would be better served to better serve your existing customer base. The engine needs to be available without extortion. In terms of marketing, it's the age old question: do you want to sell razors or blades?
