†Morning Invocation

What is an Invocation?

Gracious and Loving God, on this Sunday, as we gather in Your presence, we come with humble and grateful hearts. We thank You for the gift of life, for the beauty of creation that surrounds us, and for the love and unity that bind us together as a church family. Today, we lift up especially the men You have placed in our lives and in our community. On this Men's Day, we thank You for their strength, their service, and their hearts.

May You continue to protect them, guide them, and fill them with wisdom and courage. Strengthen them as fathers, husbands, sons, brothers, and leaders—so they may walk boldly in the purpose You have set before them. Pour out Your grace and blessings upon every family represented here. May our worship today be pleasing in Your sight and may our hearts remain open to Your Word. In the name of Jesus, we pray.

All: Amen.

Affirmation of Faith

What is The Apostles' Creed

I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; the third day he rose from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.

Amen.

Gloria Patri*

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end.

Amen. Amen.
