†Morning Invocation

What is an Invocation?

Eternal and Almighty God, as we gather today, we are reminded of the generations that have walked before us. We read of Elijah and Elisha traveling the road from Gilgal to the Jordan River, and we recognize that our lives, too, are a journey of transitions, faithfulness, and letting go. Lord, we thank You for the spiritual ancestors, mentors, and guides who have shown us Your light and shared Your mantle. Guide us, O God, as we take up the mantle of faith. Remind us that Your spirit does not leave us when seasons change, but equips us for the road ahead. May we walk in the confidence of Your unfailing presence, today and always. In Your Son Jesus's Holy Name we pray, Amen.

All: Amen.

Affirmation of Faith

What is The Apostles' Creed

I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; the third day he rose from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.

Amen.

Gloria Patri*

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end.

Amen. Amen.

2026 Annual Health Fair & Back-to-School Drive!

This year's Health Fair & Back-to-School Drive will be held on July 25, 2026. It's that time again! During our Annual Health Fair, our youth will be hosting our Annual Back-to-School Drive to help students in our community start the school year strong and prepared for success.

Thanks to your support in previous years, we were able to provide school supplies for over 400 Pre-K through 12th grade students and this year, we are expecting even more families in need!

We are asking for your support once again. While we are accepting donations of basic school supplies, monetary donations are preferred so we can purchase the specific items students need most.

Together, we can be a blessing to children and families in our community by helping equip them for a successful school year. We are currently in need of the following:

  • Backpacks
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Binders/Folders
  • #2 Pencils and Pencil Boxes
  • Wide Rule/College Rule Paper
  • Wide Rule/College Rule Notebooks
  • Wide Rule/College Rule Composition Books
Thank You - Hines Family

I want to sincerely thank everyone for your prayers, calls, and the many thoughtful gifts during my illness. I'm truly grateful to be part of such a strong and caring community. God bless.
