      4. From Andrew (Faithlife) Highlighting palettes are automatically shared when you shared a Notes document. When someone connects to the Notes document they will automatically get a copy of any palettes used as well. If you use the Groups tool in Logos, you can see the palette separately and get a copy of it without connecting to the Notes document. This should make is easier for new people joining.
