I am a Western Orthodox woman, previously living in Frederick, MD and a member of St. Johns the Baptist Antiochian Orthodox Church (Western Otherdox) , under Father James Hamrick. I loved it, and have been unable to find a similar church since I moved to Staunton, VA. 5 years ago. After reading your brief writeup it sounds as though we are quite similar.
