Lord's Day Worship 2

This Sunday we are blessed to have Pastor Bernie Haan delivering the sermon for us. The scripture passage for this Sunday is Psalm 145 and the sermon is entitled "Long Live the King".

Thank you to the RCWM for the flowers for our 55th Anniversary. Also thank you for your continued prayers.

Prayer Books: In your boxes you will notice the prayer books for the next 12 months. Because of current circumstances due to COVID 19 there may be some prayer requests that may be cancelled. In this event consider praying for those affected by the cancellations.

 

Radio Broadcast: If anyone would like to sponsor a radio broadcast in memory of someone or in honor of a special occasion please contact Orv Corbin at 605-359-8330.

 

Bible League: Plans are underway for the 2020 Fall Conference of the Bible League. Location is at Sioux Center First Reformed Church on September 15 with an evening option on the 14th. (Brochures have more details). Due to the COVID 19 situation the committee has many plans for the safety of the attendees. If the conference needs to be canceled, that decision will be made by September 1st. Those who have already registered and paid will be given the option of a refund or make the fees a donation to Bible League. Brochures are in the back of church. If you have questions contact one of your Key Ladies - Mina Jouwstra or Carol Schmidt.


Reminder: With the continued concern over COVID-19 we encourage everyone to take precautions for themselves and others. There is hand sanitizer available throughout the building and there are masks available at the welcome desk.
