Ellen T. Charry is Princeton Theological Seminary’s Margaret W. Harmon Associate Professor of Historical and Systematic Theology. She earned both the M.A. and the Ph.D. in religion from Temple University following the M.S.W. from Yeshiva University and the B.A. from Barnard College. Her interest is in the Christian life. She currently serves as an editor-at-large for The Christian Century and serves on the Theology Committee of the House of Bishops of the Episcopal Church. She is a member of the Pursuit of Happiness Project established by the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University, supported by a grant from The John Templeton Foundation.
