New Air Conditioners: Thank you for all the generous donations
that have come through to help defray the cost of our 3 new air
conditioners that we installed last month. We have received
$7,747.00 towards the cost so far. If you would like to contribute
towards this, please note air conditioner on your check or giving
envelope.
Vacation Bible School: VBS is the week of June 5 – June 9. In
preparation for VBS, there will be no Bible Studies or meetings
held in the church classrooms this week to prepare the spaces
for the VBS classrooms. If you have any questions, please call
the church office.

THE WAY CHURCH OUGHT TO BE
1 Thessalonians 1:1-10
When a church does things the way they ought to be done, what does it look like? When a church is what it should be, what are the characteristics and qualities it must possess? We see that kind of church here in 1 Thessalonians.
Their Character (vv. 1-3)
● Faith that endures
● Love that excels
● Hope that expects
Their Calling (v. 4)
Their Conduct (vv. 5-8)
Their Confidence (VV. 9-10)
Conclusion:
This is the way church ought to be…. Possessing godly character that points to our genuine call to salvation….That leads to faithful conduct that places confidence in the one true living God!
