2026 Grand River MS Walk
2026 Grand River Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Walk – May 31, 2026
Canadians have one of the highest rates of MS in the world, and on average, 12 Canadians are diagnosed with this unpredictable illness every day. We don't know what causes MS, and we don't have a cure yet.

When you make a donation to our fundraising, you are helping continue this incredible work.
Donations may be made via any of the following:
- Guelph Omega Pathfinder Club - Fundraising for Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada,
- Adventist Giving; or
- Utilizing the Tithe Envelope (marked GO PF Club MS Walk 2026).

The Throne Room
The Throne Room is a welcoming space where you can share your prayer requests and also offer your prayers for others. You may use the comment section in The Throne Room to submit your prayer requests. Whether you're going through a tough time, struggling with health issues, or experiencing a significant life event, feel free to share it in this space. No request is too big or small; if it matters to you, it matters to us and to God.
Please remember that this space is sacred and should be used with respect and sincerity. While commenting, maintain a positive and respectful tone, offering words of encouragement and comfort.
We encourage everyone to participate - pray for others, and allow others to pray for you. It is through this shared connection and spirit of community that we can find strength and solace.
In the words of James 5:16 (ESV), "Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working."
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to supporting each other in prayer. We look forward to seeing The Throne Room become a beacon of hope and a pillar of strength for our community.
Blessings,
Guelph SDA Church
Stewardship in Giving
Navigate to Adventist Giving or give in person when the ushers pass you by.
Have you ever realized what the Bible says about giving to God? As Christians, we are called to be faithful stewards of our possessions. The Psalms say that the earth belongs to the Lord (Psalm 24:1). As good stewards, one sure way we acknowledge God’s ownership is by giving.
People say "I want to give to God, not man. So why give money in church?" First of all, God does not live physically on the earth. But He has called His church the ambassador of Christ on earth. See how Hebrews 7:8 witnesses that Jesus does receive tithes in heaven though tithes are given here on earth. "And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth." It is wisdom to realize that God recognizes and receives our giving, not men.
