Week of Prayer for International Missions
Every day, 157,690 people enter eternity without the hope of Jesus. Please join us as we observe the Week of Prayer for International Missions, before the annual Lottie Moon offering emphasis, where Southern Baptists pray for IMB missionaries, their ministries and the unreached people and places they serve.
Prayer Focus:
Day 1 - GOD'S PURPOSE to conquer lostness
Day 2 - GOD'S REACH through healthcare
Day 3 - GOD'S MINISTRY through students
Day 4 - GOD'S HEALING among refugees
Day 5 - GOD'S INFLUENCE in global cities
Day 6 - GOD'S IMPACT among the diaspora
Day 7 - GOD'S WORK through global missionary partners
Day 8 - GOD'S REDEMPTION through discipleship

Christmas Sermon Series
Dec. 4, 11 and 18, and Christmas Eve, Pastor Jim will be answering the question, “Who is Jesus?” with selected scripture passages. Pick up a December Bookmarks at the Welcome Center Sunday!

Women's Annual Christmas Party
Our Women's Annual Christmas Party is Saturday, Dec. 10 at 5pm with dinner and Christmas gift exchange! Please plan to bring a wrapped Christmas exchange gift between $10-$15. Candlelight Christmas Eve Service
HCC will offer a community Candlelight Christmas Eve Service, Saturday, Dec. 24 at 4:30pm. Pray about “Who is your one?” to invite to this special candlelight service!
Christmas Day Service
We will have a 45 minute family worship service of praise with singing and a devotional message on Christmas Sunday, Dec. 25. All children will stay with their families during the service. HCC will have our normal service on Sunday, January 1, 2023.
Winter Weather
In the rare event of cancellation due to severe winter weather, HCC will send notifications by email and text, and post on Facebook, Instagram, and Faithlife by 8:30am. Please let Carrie know if you would like a phone call if the service is cancelled.
