It’s time for us to examine scripture and reject the customs of man, rid ourselves of religion, and accept the scriptures that proclaim Jesus as the Passover Lamb, the everlasting payment for sin, and the ONLY one who has had the power to raise Himself from the grave. In His death, burial, and resurrection, we have eternal life. Jesus did away with sin, death, and the grave so that you and I can have an eternity with Him.

Religious leaders cling to appearances while violating God’s law, Pilate wrestles with justice yet compromises, and the crowd chooses Barabbas the false “son of the father” over Christ, the true Son of the Father. This exposes the emptiness of religion without relationship and reveals Christ’s unstoppable purpose: He was born to die, fulfilling prophecy as the Lamb of God.
