• I am looking to upgrade from Logos 5 Silver, I'm thinking about 6 Gold Baptist. Anyone have it, what are your thoughts or recommendations.

    2. Not sure when Logos 7 is coming out but 6 has been out for a while, so you may want to wait a bit before investing in a new base package. I have Reformed Gold, it gives loads of resources.

    3. Now only if there was a reformed baptist package. Got Gold Baptist and loving it so far but it seems I will upgrade to Reformed Gold when I can for Barth's dogmatics make it worth while.

    4. Hehe, having similar plans the other way around :) Indeed a Reformed Baptist package would save tons of money, but I guess it might be too specific for Logos to bring out, I don’t know.

  • The Works of H. A. Ironside are on sale right now. Does anyone have his commentaries? And if you do... what do you think of them?

      This was such an uplifting, inspirational devotion to read that I really wanted to share it. I pray it will be a blessing to you as well. Our old sins—the devil threw them down before us, and they turned to serpents. What hosts of them! Ah, but the cross of Jesus destroys them all. Faith in Christ makes short work of all our sins. Then the devil has launched forth another host of serpents in the form of worldly trials, temptations, unbelief; but faith in Jesus is more than a match for them, and overcomes them all. The same absorbing principle shines in the faithful service of God! With an enthusiastic love for Jesus difficulties are surmounted, sacrifices become pleasures, sufferings are honours. But if religion is thus a consuming passion in the heart, then it follows that there are many persons who profess religion but have it not; for what they have will not nearly meet this test. Examine yourself, my reader, on this point. Aaron’s rod proved its heaven-given power. Is your religion doing so? If Christ be anything he must be everything. O rest not till love and faith in Jesus be the master passions of your soul!

      2. I was debating a while back to get a denomination in gold but I decided to go with just the regular Logos in Silver. I hope to upgrade to Gold later but I have to wait. I love it though

      3. There are pros and cons to both.

      4. You can also mix/match regular and denominational base packages and dynamic price upgrade to them. I have just a regular base package now, but I'm considering adding on a Baptist package later for the additional Baptist resource.
