Meadows Christian Fellowship
MCF Worship - Dec 4 2022
Welcome to MCF!

Oh come, let us worship and bow down;

let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!

Psalm 95:6

On this second Sunday of the Advent season, Psalm 95 calls us into worship of the Lord. It is a clear invitation for us to come into the presence of the living God with joy, praise, and thanksgiving. In response to this Call to Worship, the traditional song Angels From The Realms Of Glory echoes that call with the repeated refrain “Come and worship, come and worship, worship Christ the newborn King!” This week our Advent theme is the theme of Love, and after Ty & Jacqueline Stutsman come and light the candle, we’ll all response to the love of God found in Christ our newborn King as we sing We Have A Savior and King of Kings.

After a prayer for our Giving and a few Announcements, we’ll have a special Kids’ Time and some activity bags for all of our young worshipers. Then, Stewart Pattison will continue our Advent sermon series Good News of Great Joy with a look at the prediction of Jesus in Luke 1:26-38. We’ll close our time of worship together singing What Child Is This and be dismissed with a Benediction.

Do you need prayer? Please let us know how we can be praying for you. You can drop a prayer request card in the giving box in the atrium, or send your prayer requests to: prayer@meadowsfamily.org
