Fall Festival /TRUNK OR TREAT Night

Bill and Tracy Beck will be heading up the Fall Festival /Trunk or Treat Night and are looking for volunteers.

We still need candy for the Trunk or Treat. 

A candy collection barrel will be set up in the hallway.

We also will need more cakes and pies for the Cakewalk and

chili for the Chili cook-off.

 Sign-up in the Welcome Center if you can bring chili, a cake, or a pie, or work in other areas.

Collection Week: November 14-21

1. Individual Packers-boxes, labels, rubber bands, and

and gift suggestions are in the Welcome Center. Please return by November 20.

2. Party Packers- Please sign up in the Welcome Center if you want to attend the Packing Parting on Wednesday, November 9 from 6 to 8 PM in the fellowship hall. EVERYONE is invited to the Packing Party, even if you want to pack your boxes separately. Join in the fun and fellowship! We just need to know how much food to prepare.

3. Online Packer-Our goal is 20 online boxes. The cost is $25.00 and that includes your $10 shipping. Use this link to get to our unique Samaritans Purse online site.

4. Like to buy in bulk? There is a bin in the Welcome

Center where you can donate extra items such as pencils, crayons, etc. Here is a link for some great ideas.
