          Sunday Service -June 14

This Sunday, June 14, 2020, is Homecoming at the church! Two Services @ 9:00 & 10:30. A number of our members have been unable to attend our public services because of Covid-19 health concerns. The early service is planned especially with them in mind. Two services will allow a little more space in the service to accommodate safe distancing. Rather than assign the members to a service, we ask that you choose the one that best fits you. If you have been especially cautious about your exposure, then the early service is recommended for you! The Fellowship meal will be postponed until a later date.

            Sunday Service - June 7th

NLBC Sunday Service on June 7th to be held inside.  Worship starts at 10AM. Seating will begin after 9:15. This is our second indoor worship service since the Covid-19 virus started so we are still taking quite a few precautions. These changes are intended to safeguard our people, especially our most at risk group. Some have asked about our schedule for June, and it is normally packed full of events. Our big goal is to reestablish our onsite meetings, and for now that is once on Sunday. Other additional services and ministries will be included as soon as deemed safe for our membership. Remember:  -If you are ill, or have any symptoms of sickness, please remain at home until you are well. -If you are 65 or older, or have underlying health  concerns, you may want to think about joining us online for the first service or two. That will give us a  chance to work out any issues we may have with distancing as we start meeting back in the building. -If you wish to wear a mask, but don’t have one, we will provide one. -Our facility is throughly cleaned, disinfected, and ready  for use. -Parts of our seating will be restricted and ushers will help you find a safe seat. It may not be your usual  seat, and we ask your patience. -Families are encouraged to sit together to maximize seating. -Offering plates will be in the foyer and on the communion table. -Hand shaking and hugging are discouraged for now. -Sunday School and Nursery ministry are closed for now. -Sanitation stations are in front and side foyers. -The Restrooms will be open with a limit of two persons. -Water fountains will be closed. As already mentioned, these are a lot of changes and we are glad to say most of them will be temporary. We look forward to getting back into our church building. This is a good start. But MOST important, we get to worship together! I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD. Ps. 122:1
