- Great video series to understand the book of Revelation:
- Dear God, let me be more servant minded. That I would decrease and you increase. More of You, less of me.
- V 11. Someday we will rejoice and celebrate that Jesus Christ is Lord. v 17. No matter the price of faith, I need to praise and trust God.
- V 7. I am so shocked that Jesus, Lord of the universe, willingly became a servant. To the point of washing disciples filthy feet. Willingly! With love!
- v 7 Oh to be like Christ! To empty ourselves of us and fill us with a servant's heart for God. v 10-11 Someday all will worship Jesus Christ, and recognize Him for all He did for us. Joy to God: EVERY TONGUE WILL CONFESS HIM AS LORD!
- V 2: Be in unity in love and mind. v3 Check your sinful motives (ambition, selfishness, conceitedness) at the door. Put others first.
- V 27 What we do matters. So stand firm in unity, work side by side. DON’T BE FRIGHTENED.
- V 14 Because of Paul’s imprisonment, everyone else grew bolder. V 20 Paul’s goal was to honor Christ, whether in life or death. He was totally committed to Jesus.
- Jesus began a good work in us. We can trust Him to complete it in time. Look at all the unity here. Thankful for you, partnership in the gospel, I hold you in my heart. Partners in grace in prison, and in defense and confirmation of the gospel. V 1-10
