A discussion group for people working through Logos Mobile Education's NT350 course.
Follow- Is there anyone else studying this course at this time? This is Randy from Des Moines and I'm open to discussion.
- Yes, Paul was intentional in using the word Ekklesia, because he was making the point of "oneness" in Christ. There had to be Jews who were upset that he was including the Gentiles. There had to be Gentiles who didn't want to be associated with the Jews. But those who were focused on Paul's message of Good News were rejoicing in the "oneness" because God had given them grace and peace.
