Reopening update #3

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 concerns, the following measures are being taken:

1. Worship service attendees are encouraged to wear masks upon entering and leaving the sanctuary. Individuals may choose whether or not to remove their masks once at their seat. Social distancing should continue to be practiced. These acts are ways we can love our neighbors and fellow believers.
2. The suspension of Sunday school, nursery and Children's Church will continue at least through Labor Day. We will continue to monitor local, state and national mandates and guidelines.
3. On a positive note, we do plan to celebrate communion the following Sunday (August 2). Communion elements will be distributed in a safe manner. If you are watching the live stream and would like to participate in communion, you may pick up the elements at the church during office hours next week. You may also consider preparing your own elements.
