Knowing the Abundant Life of Jesus

    Soon and Very Soon...

Just a couple weeks away, here's the latest:

    • We're finishing up Stage 2 of our Church Name Survey. The deadline to vote is Monday, November 29. Click the link and fill out the (very) quick survey and help us discern what our new name will be: PCC Name Change Survey Stage 2
    • Sunday, December 12, is the expected date for our first worship service in the new building - which will mean moving stuff out of storage and setting up beforehand (likely that Friday and Saturday before - watch for details). We also plan to have our Second Sunday Supper that evening at 6:00 p.m. in the new church building as well as a time to pray throughout the building.
    • We're planning a "grand opening" on Sunday, January 9, welcoming our soon-to-be new neighbors to join us for worship. That Sunday will also include a Building Dedication and a reception to follow worship.
    • Thanks to all for your generous gifts for the New Church Home Fund. We'll be announcing the total soon. The needs will be continuous, so you're always welcome to give towards the building. You can bring a gift to worship, mail it in (if you need the address, contact Rob at 304-610-3054), or donate through our online giving: New Church Home Fund. Mark checks to indicate the gift is for the new building.
    1. As part of our new Vision, one of our stated values is "Kingdom First". We want to set our minds toward God and his kingdom. One essential way to do that is to know the Scriptures. Each week we're posting a short video packed with great teaching from the Bible Project- so we can better know and follow Jesus. We are going book by book through the entire Bible. Each week, you'll be able to watch an overview of a book of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. Today, the book of Joel: https://faithlifetv.com/media/514869

Leading Others into the Abundant Life in Jesus

        Into Abundant Life: Ben King

Our mission is to lead others into the abundant life that comes through Jesus Christ! To encourage us to sow seeds of the Gospel, we're sharing videos from I Am Second, a movement of people sharing their stories of how they found life in Jesus.

Ben King had a dream of being a professional cyclist. So he committed himself to an intense training program, working out four times a day, day in and day out. But as he sought to master his body, his body took control over him in the form of an eating disorder. That is, until he cried out to God for help. Watch his story: Ben King

Leading Others into the Abundant Life in Jesus

              Into Abundant Life: Tim Ross

Our mission is to lead others into the abundant life that comes through Jesus Christ! To encourage us to sow seeds of the Gospel, we're sharing videos from I Am Second, a movement of people sharing their stories of how they found life in Jesus.

Tim Ross experienced sexual molestation as a child. It led him into an addiction to pornography - that is, until he got caught. That discovery ended up uncovering things long hidden and on to the road of healing, freedom, living in truth and most of all - into the loving arms of Jesus. Watch his story: Tim Ross
