    1. We made great progress last week! We lost 11.9 pounds and walked 264 miles. We have lost a total of 159 pounds. That’s as much as a whole person! We had one of our best weeks on exercise as well - 5271 minutes which converts to 264 miles. Keep up the good work!
      1. Hello Faithfully Fit! We lost almost 5 pounds last week and walked over 200 miles. It’s the beginning of a new month and the sun is shining. It’s a great time to get more exercise and to refocus on the weight loss. You can do this!
        1. Hello Faithfully Fit!! This week we made great progress toward losing weight and getting exercise. We posted the most miles yet- 297 this week. Thanks to a couple of individuals who reported a bunch of weeks, we lost an amazing 28.1 pounds. We are at the halfway mark now. Keep pressing on!

            1. Hello Faithfully Fit. Check out the display in the fellowship hall. We are off to a great start. We have already walked more than 1000 miles and have lost almost 100 pounds. It’s a group effort because many of us had weight gains last week Thankfully there were some who really came through and posted big losses. How are you getting exercises on these cold snowy days? I do a combination of walking inside at the Legacy Center somedays and trodding through the snow on others. Sleeper state park has candlelight skiing tonight if you are interested.

              The Menno Knights had another great week. We lost another 12 pounds and have now passed the 200 pound mark. We added another 280 miles this week for a total of 4486 miles so far. The program ends on Easter Sunday. Can we travel 5000 miles?
              1. We made it all the way around all five of the Great Lakes in only 12 weeks! With two weeks to go, we will head towards Indianapolis to watch the basketball games. This week we lost another 9.6 pounds and have lost a total of 199 pounds!
                1. The pile of sugar is steadily growing. It now totals 174 pounds. We have reached the far east end of Lake Ontario with 3500 total miles of physical activity. Keep up the good work everyone.
