An update on Jim Allred from Nathan Allred Since I last asked for prayer for my dad Jim, there has been a steady decline in his health. The brain tumor has caused several life altering effects including significant loss of mobility, consistent nerve pain, and confusion/anxiety. He has decided to forgo any cancer treatments and he has been placed in Hospice care. Only God knows when it will be time for my dad to go to heaven, but it seems likely to be very soon. I’m requesting prayer for him at this time, that he will be as comfortable as possible in his final days. I’m also asking for prayer for my mom, who he is completely dependent on, that God would give her the strength to take care of him. Also, please pray for the rest of our family as we go through this difficult loss. The timing is especially heartbreaking for Kayleen and I, as we are expecting our first child this September, and it seems unlikely that they will be able to meet their grandpa in this life. Thank you for your support during this difficult time. -Nathan- Praying for peace and comfort for the whole family.
- Nate and Kayleen, our hearts break for you and your family during this difficult time. I pray for courage and strength for all of you. We love you!
- So sorry for your father has to go through this pain. We will pray for him as God calls him home. Pray for your mom as his caregiver. Pray for you and your siblings.

Please be in prayer for Bob McIntosh as he has been diagnosed with cancer in his esophagus and one lymph node. He will undergo chemo and radiation before likely having surgery. Please pray for healing and for the treatments to be effective. Also pray for his wife Marsha during this challenging time.- Bob and Marsha, Judy and I will be lifting you and your family up as Bob goes through cancer treatment. May you know God's Peace during this time of waiting upon Him for healing.

Please pray for Brian Simmons, he was taken back to the hospital yesterday and care flighted from Scheurer to Hurley. He was experiencing confusion and seizure-like activity. He is currently in the ICU on a vent and heavily sedated. What they do know at this point is that he is septic once again. Please pray for healing for his body and full restoration of health. Please also pray for the Dr's to have wisdom in treating him and for them to get to the bottom of why this continues to happen. Also, please also pray for me, Joanna, as I am trying to navigate all of this and care for the girls and run our household. If there is anyone who may be interested in helping with the girls, please contact Beth Maurer. Thank you! Joanna Simmons- Mom and I continue to pray!

Your prayers are appreciated for Faith Fahrner's family as her dad had a stroke and has been taken to the hospital. Thank you.- Oh Faith! I can imagine how discouraging this is after your folks just got to a place of relative health and able to be at home. I will be praying for your dad and the rest of you. May you feel God’s peace and strength in these next couple of days.
- So sorry to hear this Faith. Praying for the Lord’s presence with you and your family during this time . So thankful you went to fill their meds! God is good and leads us even when we don’t think He is!
