No Sunday School for Children, Youth or Adults.

Enjoy visiting with your friends & family.

There will not be any children's nursery, or children’s Sunday School today.

 

As we prepare for the Holidays, we will pause our times of meeting for ladies sewing on Wednesday afternoons. Our next time for Ladies Sewing will be January 5, 2022. May God bless your Christmas time and give you Blessings as you celebrate the coming in of a new year.  

 

The next  in person Ladies Bible study starts Friday, January 7th @ 8 am. We will be studying Beth Moore’s, Galatians study called, “Now that Faith Has Come”. You are welcome to join either online or in person. Contact Emily if interested.

Beth Maurer will lead an Online only Bible Study on Tuesday nights starting on January 11th at 7 pm. Contact her if interested.

 

Make plans now to join - Faithfully Fit in January. This accountability group, formally known as the Menno Knights, will encourage participants to lose weight and/or get more exercise. New this year is access to the Legacy Center at Lakers to all Faithfully Fit participants for a total of $30 for the three months of the program. Sign up now at the Welcome Center. Contact Marie for more information. 


Want to have a fun night ringing in the New Year? Plan to join the church family and invite your friends for a night of fellowship. Bring your favorite games and a snack to share to the youth room- December 31st from 7pm -midnight.

 

Our Annual Church Celebration is scheduled for January 23rd. In preparing for that meeting and the annual report book we need to hear from you. If you are a Ministry chairperson or serve as chair of a committee please provide a report of this past year. The reports are due on January 5th. Please send them to secretary@pigeonriverchurch.com. Thank you!

 

It's time to update our Church Directory. Please go to Faithlife to upload a photo to your account and make changes such as address, phone number, email, etc. If you need assistance please contact the office. Also, please note the Instant Church Directory will not be updated and we will phase out of that platform soon.

 

The books are in for the Reading group. They are at the Welcome desk. A donation box is there if you wish to contribute to the cost. Contact Dale Ackerman if you have any questions.

 

The Harvest offering distribution will be held on January 13th at 7 pm here at the church. All are welcome to attend that meeting.
